The Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Form
The Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) can be used to document the improvements required from an employee.
Having a Peformance Improvement Plan in place with an employee can help set clear milestones for improvement, of which the employee can be assessed against. This form will become particularly useful with regards to managing employees who may be subject to a Capability Procedure, where you will be able to lay down the areas for improvement, including timescales.
