Grievance

At some point in time, anybody working in an organisation will have problems and concerns about their work, work conditions, or relationships with colleagues that they will wish to raise. When raised, they want their grievance to be addressed, and if possible, resolved. It is in a businesses interest to address the grievance in a timely manner before any problems develop into major difficulties for all concerned.

We have designed our Grievance Policy and Procedure document to be flexible, allowing businesses to make the necessary amendments to meet the specific requirements of a grievance they are addressing.
